HOW TO BURN CHOLESTEROL USING THIS SIMPLE TRICK

Ingredients

Ginger - small piece - chopped into small pieces









Pudina leaves - hand full













Lemon - 1/2 cut into small pieces













Water - 1 ltr

HOW TO DO IT?

Add Ginger, Pudina and lemon into a bottle and add water to it.
you may chill it or keep it at room temperature for overnight.
Have this before or with breakfast, lunch and dinner.


**  BUT DON'T FORGET TO EXERCISE!! 

The Pudina, Lemon and Ginger are very best in burning bad cholesterol faster and helps in smooth digestion.
